• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by Client in the past 12 months.
• We are not responsible for errors, biases, or inaccuracies in AI outputs due to
third-party tools (e.g., CustomGPT.ai, Zapier, Captivation Hub, Jasper AI, Captivation

Hub Etc).

5. Client Responsibilities:
• You agree to provide accurate data and use services lawfully.
• You assume risks of relying on AI-generated outputs for business decisions.

6. Governing Law This waiver is governed by Florida law, applicable
across the United States.
